Independent Booking Agency — Important Notice

This website is operated by an independent ticket booking agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the official management body of Park Güell, the Ajuntament de Barcelona, or any government entity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Service

We provide an online booking facilitation service for timed-entry tickets to Park Güell. Our price includes the official ticket cost plus a non-refundable booking/service fee.

3. Booking Confirmation

Submitting a booking request and completing payment does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once the entry tickets have been successfully issued and delivered to your registered email address.

In the unlikely event that tickets cannot be secured for your selected date and time, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

4. Ticket Validity & Entry Rules

Tickets are valid only for the specific date and timed entry slot stated on the ticket.
Tickets are non-transferable and valid for one single entry per person.
The visitor has a 30-minute grace period from the scheduled entry time. Entry after this window is subject to on-site staff discretion.
Once inside, re-entry is not permitted after exiting the monument grounds.

5. Content Accuracy & Monument Authority

Opening hours, admission prices, access routes, and operational rules are set solely by the official monument management authority and may change at short or no notice. We accept no liability for inconvenience caused by such changes after your booking is confirmed.

6. Pricing & Service Fee

All prices displayed include the official monument entry fee plus our booking/service fee. The service fee is non-refundable once tickets have been issued and confirmed, except in cases covered under our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including travel costs, accommodation, or other expenses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations.
